The Heart and Vision Behind CulturaCare Network
Founded by visionary leader Celia Cooper, CulturaCare Network was born from a simple truth - our elders deserve spaces that feel like home. Inspired by her family’s caregiving journey, and in memory of her father, Mervyn Cooper, Celia has set out to build Canada’s first Black/ Afro-Cairbbean centered healthcare ecosystem - blending resort-style senior living, soulful meals, and community support that honors heritage and humanity.
